Tom Odell, Haven, Wednesday 13 March 2013, SXSW

Tom sat at his piano on spare speaker, rocking dangerously. The band coped well with a drink falling on the piano keyboard and the stage light failing completely. They played a solid piano blues rock cover of Honky Tonk Women. Tom's own songs had soaring melodies and memorable lyrics. They closed with a roaring version of his Hold On, a summer hit waiting to happen.
